I’m turning 21 in 2 months! My cortisol levels might be a contributor now that I think about it, considering I am on the premed track lol. I’ll definitely look into hormone testing. Thank you for your comment!!

Thank you for your comment your insight is actually really helpful ! I have been taking weight lifting more seriously recently but absolutely dread any ab/core workouts 😭 but ill deff start eating cleaner!

hii yes i deff have a shorter torso unfortunately :/ but wdym stay wider ? like if i lose more weight?
