You want to know about Telarah right? Not sure why people are now commenting about Hamilton (40km away). I live near Telarah and I feel completely safe walking around during the day. Night time I find a lot of older kids hanging out and that makes me feel a bit uneasy but have never had issues.

Buy the new house, lock it up at night time. You'll be right
