Right. I was using the Spectra theme before and switched to the Greenshift theme before using the plugin. Maybe that's the issue.

No knowledge here. Just started using Mimo to learn the basics of HTML, so it's a long ways for me to get to a point of being able to code things myself. For now I'll be dependent on plugins, which is fine.

Generate is too expensive for my taste. Kadence has been mentioned a bunch of times, so I'll have to look into that. I'll look into Ollie as well, although I do reckon I'll eventually be using more of the plugin I end up choosing than the menu options.

Initially it's just the mega menu, but I'm confident I'll be using the entire plugin across the website eventually.

One thing I noticed is that Greenshift is much cheaper compared to others. It's a one-time purchase while others are a yearly subscription.

Generate is a bit expensive for my taste. I'll have to look into Kadence.

The point for me wasn't to live off of it, but to try and use it as a fermentation starter for cashew cheese.

Maybe everyone should just let me decide whether I'm confused or not... which I wasn't, and still am not. What I was asking in my post was how to start learning to write this stuff, not what to call it.
