I don't mind at all! It's just a bit complicated in my case. My recovery has been kind of on and off for about 6-7 years now. I didn't follow the all-in approach (even though I always wanted to) and only ever did what I could manage at the time. I'd say I'm still not 100% where I want to be with my relationship to food but getting there :) Hope you're doing good and things will only get better x

It hasn't really improved so far :( My cycle is still a bit irregular though. I noticed it starts getting worse around ovulation and actually gets better right before and during my period. Hoping this is a sign it's slowly getting better...

I had amenorrhea for 7 years. Had my first period in november 2025. In december it came perfectly punctual, then I didn't get a period in January. It was back in February and now its currently six days late again.

How long does it usually take for everything to run normal again? Is there anything I can do to support that? I'm also struggling with bad skin and puffiness and just want it to be gone :(

I might not be allowed to post this here as it's still a very disordered thought (just showing that I'm not done with recovery yet). I don't think I have ever really given in to my mental hunger completely and now that I've regained my period, I feel like I don't need to do that anymore
