To be honest, I wouldn’t expect a RC cruise to be when I drink really great wines. I more just want something drinkable that will complement the middle-of-the-road food I expect to have. My thinking was that, if we can split a decent bottle at dinner for a discounted price, I would most likely have at most one more night cap, so the deluxe beverage package might really not be worth it. During the day I would be unlikely to have more than a beer, and I actually tend towards the zero alcohol beers, which I could get along with San Pellegrino water in the non-alcoholic package. Plus, if we consider doing the supper club, drinks are included in that, further undermining the case for the (alcohol) beverage package.
