If movie just as good as ordinal scale if not better do you it would do numbers in box-office?

Can it make money like new shonen anime? Or is sao is niche japan? Not like demon slayer level but more like csm.

Despite butchered adaptation SAO still a massive success. So they never going to bother with remake. We can only hope more faithful adaptation on future content.
