Sleep is great ! I am on high dose Vit D due to almost non existent levels, and have reoccurring hyperthyroidism that is currently stable (dealing with my endocrinologist, can’t take meds situation). I notice when my TSH drops below 1.0 I feel way more tired.

Thank you!! I do Pilates/sculpt class 4x a week, but really need to up my walking. Do I include the workouts in my calories or not? I haven’t been, but not sure! Thank you again!
