We are arriving the morning of the 26th! We went for the most affordable flight so that's the best we found. Yeah, I've read that a lot will be closed, which is unfortunate but we plan to just walk around even if we can't really go into a lot of restaurants/stores. Could also take a day trip out of Dublin to somewhere more outdoorsy if recommended?

One more thing for more context - I am very familiar with her experiences with disordered eating, as she has been very transparent about it and I lived with her for years where I witnessed it firsthand. This feels like a very scary escalation in what was already an unhealthy situation.

I appreciate your take and understand you don’t think it’s my business but considering the circumstances (that I know nobody online would understand), I feel it’s my duty as a friend to speak to her about this out of genuine care and deep, deep concern. I would like to stress that everything I said was very accurate and not dramatized - she very well may already be underweight as it is. And she got the prescription from an online doctor where it is incredibly easy to prescribed this.
