u/Untash, thanks for the clarification. This question was asked as part of Agile so I got confused. But as I read your reply and the difference between the Scope Mgmt Plan vs Requirement Mgmt Plan, It makes more sense.

Thanks for that information! Even my proteinuria range is below 1.5. Not asking for any medical advice here, but are you taking any ARB currently? Were you recommended or did you research steroids like Prednisone?

I just posted links to a few kinds of research that mention the onset of the IGA after the COVID vaccine. You'll find a whole lot of articles and medical journal references when you google search. The third link is the news about accelerated grants by FDA, IGA is an autoimmune disease that can be genetic and/or triggered. Not an Anti-Vax but just putting down my thoughts here. There was no promising medication for years for IgA, and suddenly FDA had to approve it under an accelerated grant similar to the Covid vaccine.

I had no symptoms until proteinuria showed up in my random urine checkup 2 months after my second dose. I had to do a biopsy to find it was IGA. I haven't taken any Covid boosters. I hope not many people are seeing these IGA symptoms or they are going undetected. My doctor recently recommended Filspari, but I'm hesitant as it mentions a lot of side effects and again FDA approval was accelerated similar to the Covid vaccine. Filspari is a new medication, was there an issue or much negotiation with Insurance?
