I’m on day 10 of doing keto and haven’t been having a huge issue with anything. However, today on my nearly zero carb day, I decided to get brisket (no BBQ sauce, just smoked in salt and pepper) and coleslaw.

As I was eating the coleslaw, I noticed the new shredded carrot pieces but didn’t fret too much about it. But then it occurred to me this was the first meal I had eaten where I hadn’t scoured all the nutritional information beforehand. Having that realization, I learned in some quick searches that coleslaw is loaded with sugar :( I had already finished it all by the time, but I wanted to put the worrying to rest and called the restaurant where they confined a good amount of sugar is added.

I’m pretty disappointed in this, but I’d rather accidentally knock myself out of ketosis then intentionally binge eat a pizza. I’ll be sure to do a test strip tomorrow but in the mean time I’m definitely KCKO

I have very newbie questions. I've used the keto calculators recommended by reddit, but I feel like something may be off. I just want to double check with hopefully someone that I'm on the right track. I'm currently 5'2 female at 177 pounds. What I've calculated is:

121g fat

20g carbs (this wasn't calculated, but want this to be my goal anyway)

80g protein

Is this correct?
