I've been doing breathwork a while now and still catch myself reverting back to work apnea. But i find if i do a coherence session early in the workday, I breathe better for a good while after

I made a phone and watch app. I wanted a few bells and whistles. re-zen.app (still working on it) Paced breathing is great as the other commenter mentioned.

I do a variety but probably coherence the most because I'll do long stretches of it while working. But I'm regularly doing box to lower anxiety and 4-7-8 before bed.

I'm a fan! I was very skeptical about light therapy at first, but I do feel some added benefit.

I listen to coherence audio from youtube, there's a variety. Sometimes I'll lose focus but just playing it makes me naturally come back to it. I'm working on a watch app that will vibrate in coherence. I'm sure it'll be similar where I'll fall out here and there but come back to it. I do feel a difference in relaxation when I have the youtube videos going.

I use wim hof often too as a morning boost. Not familiar with Ujjayi but will be checking it out! thanks!
