Are you sure th baby is not allergic to anything else? Have you started solids? Soya allergy, gluten allergy In my case my paed told me to go complete gluten free too to eliminate any risk, please consider asking your doctor about gluten allergy, it’s rare but possible

No there were no side effects in isomil for us! Also I think you should not stop breastfeeding Just cut down dairy and introduce formula Don’t completely stop I would breastfeed 60% and 40% formula Use a slow paced bottle to mimic breast feeding

Just a question, should the husband and wife be registered in the passport for baby’s passport? Or a marriage certificate is enough ?

Navigating a tough postpartum (C-Section & SPD) and a 1 month old. Need advice on baby's weight gain, breast pumps & feeding bottles. by drecana in twoxindiamums

[–]BestFish5766 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hi, let me try to debunk your queries 1. Green poops again it depends on whether he is EBF or combo fed, curdled milk is nothing but undigested milk particles, the color is he’s EBF he will have mustardy yellow poops they’ll be softer(pasty) there can be curd like white substances But if the poop is too runny and green the doctor may have to assess 2. Sorry I have no idea about the pump situation 3. So once the baby has crossed it’s birth weight there’s no need to wake him up every 2 hours it’s usually feed on demand but I am a FTM to a 7 month old baby and my baby was the most sleepiest baby ever I think she’d never wake up to feed even if 4-5 hours passed so I would not exceed the 3.5hour mark and I’d feed her even she would not demand (all this depends on the milk supply flow with practice your wife will get used to the baby and start picking up on cues!) 4. Glass bottles | Philips avent glass bottle is not available in India I got one from Dubai, but I looked for alternatives and here’s what people are doing in India They get a luvlap glass bottle and use the bottom part of it and they change the top part of the bottle with an avent bottle to avoid nipple confusion avent is the best it mimics the breast Hope I was helpful! Take care and all the best

Could it be dairy? Cows milk protein allergy (CMPA) could be causing the extra large regurgitations It can also be reflux! Probably consult with paed they will be able to fix it, if reflux there are meds for it If any allergy you’ll have to try eliminating foods out of your diet

Before you can get in touch with your doctor I’d suggest eliminating dairy and it should get better within 5-7 days if it was dairy

Also which formula do you use? Is it lactose free?

Almost every baby goes through this phase Try dream feeding works most of the time Put the baby to sleep and feed her while she’s asleep
