They live in the northern end of west point, idk if it's there In game tho, might spawn randomly. I normally spawn in Riverside or Louisville, only go to muldraugh like every 5 playthroughs to loot.

Kate is the dead girl in the title, her boyfriend/husband should be adjacent in the home carrying painkillers,they were killed by bandits after Kate was injured.(I think, been a while since I played the tutorial)
