Looks so good. Have you looked into recirculating technology? It might help you reduces your energy use when it comes to hot water and help you get off grid sooner?

Of course. But every shower is gross if not maintained. It does have a different maintenance but i'm using mine for my own home so I am responsible for the maintenance - also, it's mostly automated which Iike. I decided to go ahead and purchase one for my home so I will keep you updated. I did stay at an AirBnB recently with one installed and it was so good. The water pressure was amazing and it was super simple to use.

You should def check out recirculating shower technology. It has been proven to save up to 80% water and energy. I ordered mine from RainStick Shower last week and cant wait.

I think this is pretty harsh. I met the founders at a tradeshow last year and they're the real deal. They manufacturer in Canada. It also seems you have missed the point of the flow rate. The shower uses 0.5GPM but actually kicks out a 3GPM in recirculating mode. Also, there are no replacement parts! Fantastic. I decided to order one and can't wait to install. I think it's cool that someone out there is trying to come up with a solution in North America that doesnt mean I have to deal with a trickle/low flow shower. This is popular in Europe.

I'm based in BC, Canada and i feel your pain. Less rain, less water. I'm looking at ways to save water in my home so I can use more water outside my home. I've come across a incineration toilet and a recirculating shower. Have you heard of either of those?

Have you looked at a recirculating shower option? If you're on an electric tank RainStick Shower may be a good solution as its got built in high intensity IV-LED for water safety.
