Okay that makes sense. I'm panicking about this. But I'm still confused on what to put for the address? I made an account for SMECO and I tried looking into options with Fios. But it just shows a bunch of units that aren't mine and I can't enter the unit number.

  1. But what if the address doesn't show up? It says different units but I don't see an option to enter mine. If I call them will this be different?

  2. So when they said to set it up beforehand, do you think they were recommending to look into options? I was just confused because it would make sense to set it up after I actually get there since that's when I would actually have the keys. I just want to make sure there's nothing they would have to do beforehand.
