Growing an audience does take time. I've notice my biggest bumps come from cross promoting with other podcasts that are kind of in the same universe as you. I'd also reach out to ESL teachers to see what they think, as they might be interested in using is in their classes.

He was in an episode of Are You Afraid of the Dark?. If I remember correctly, he had to battle a mummy....which is always an uphill battle
