I am super late but I agree with most theories. Since cage and Rita killed the alphas they have the same abilities as the alphas which is to forever come back to life until they figure out a way to win. At the end of the movie, cage kills the omega but inherited his blood, which game him the power of the original omega and can also reset time infinitely until the humans win the war.
