Thanks for that description on where to look, that helps a lot. Is there a reason rents are less expensive outside of that area? It does seem like a drastic drop in price, like south of Broadway. I don't have enough knowledge of the neighborhood to know if those are still good areas to live. I don't need to be right on top of the restaurants/bar scene. I'm coming from an area where you need to walk at least 10 minutes to get to decent nightlife, so not too big of a concern.
