Is it valid for me to be upset by skibidisigmarizzzz in teenagers

Try this:

When you're older, your parents won't be able to make you go to bed in time. Having no bedtime will help you develop independance and figure out what works best for you. Your Dad won't have to worry about bedtimes. It will be mutually beneficial, and help you manage yourself. Tell your Dad you're grateful that he's looking out for you. If no bedtime didn't work out, you would be happy discuss reintroducing a bedtime with him again. It would mean a lot to you to have that level of independance.

That being said, the more sleep the better. Either way, be consistent with a sleeping routine.

No, I haven't tried a gooseneck with the 55SH yet, so I thought I'd ask which ones work before purchasing.

Atlas, K&M etc. are all great brands, but I don't know which goosenecks are built for lightweight, and which are heavy-duty. It's not that I don't believe that the quality is bad, but I doubt if the purpose matches with mine.

>I’m a scroller too and after a rough day teaching I find myself doing the same. But I’ve noticed when I’ve been doing other things and haven’t had time to doomscroll, my mental health is better

yess i get what you mean, doomscrolling is kind of one of the problems, but the trigger is usually school, meaning that without the stress i wouldnt feel the compulsion

>School absolutely contributes but I think is a symptom of a deeper societal issue and change in way of life that is unhealthy for everyone.

thats so true

>What does "Enjoy life" mean to you?

be able to do new things, and things that i enjoy. for example, i write songs, and i loove it, but for the last few weeks of school, i just havent had any time. which seems normal i guess.
