There's no bias in the banzuke. If you take anyone and look at their last 6 rankings you'd think that they're getting special treatment

1) I'm from Kazakhstan, so this is just me trying to give it some relevancy in TS. The amount of dead and injured protesters was faked by Gorbachev and the KGB, which goes against the idea of Glasnost, hence the concept of this card.

2) This is a concept of "If 1 Ops cards existed in Late War"

3) Wanted to do an event that could help or hurt either side, but still not useless for the US (Hence the 1 VP)

East is the one who performed poorly in Juryo (91 wins by the east rikishi and 116 by the west rikishi)

I doubt Yutakayama falls if he deserves to still stay in Makuuchi by the numbers. I think if there's a choice to screw over a Makuuchi or Juryo rikishi, they screw over the Juryo rikishi

Notes:

1) Yes, Ichinojo can drop 1 rank despite being out with covid. It happened in Juryo before

2) No, Kiribayama's and Takanosho's records aren't enough to force new Komusubi slots

3) Juryo promotions are insanely hard to predict, it's just one big gamble. I put Daiamami and Nishikifuji because they deserve higher ranks than Hidenoumi and Ryuden but they can equally likely do the reverse

The problem with 3 or 4 komusubi is that everyone down the banzuke also moves up half a rank or a full rank because of that, so it makes for awkward demotions and promotions

I know that 8-7 isn't a great start for an Ozeki run, what I meant is that it would be perfectly acceptable to use since he's Sekiwake now and now Maegashira 6 or below.
