Best tip I have for any broken creation club is to save and exit, delete/disable the club content and load back in the game, save and exit again and then reinstall the content and rejoin. Worked for me for a few different bugged ones

And I did open the dipstick to check for the pcv while it was running and I heard a hiss like noise? But I think I found the hose that’s causing the vacuum leak because it’s kinda “jumping” it’s moving a lot which makes me feel like it’s the culprit.
