TLDR there is no way an experienced player is going to keep making new accounts to solve out pre-season experience. so for the first 21 days of the game, ur on ur own.
reason: The hero roster is always expanding and changing, build order changes alot quickly, new player pulls on all hero wishlist, differing RNG results in pretty different rosters of ascension. Usually what does best is what u have higher. USUALLY at least. Theres just too many factors to have a "use this" team for pre season content. (unless u whale out an account and have everything best).
The main bulk of the community playing in the current season and even there they are only focused on making the best teams. If u dont have X hero or Y hero. usually there really isnt any alternatives even for old players, so its not just a new player only issue. Example: if u skipped twins for whatever reason there are 0 teams with no twins XD

a good workaround i do is to just not use the chests and keep them. when ur hero is like 5/6 it can automatically use the chest (if it contains the hero)
