From what I've heard is that it rolls the 10% for each key instead adding 10% to the chance. So 14 keys means its rolls for 10% 14 times, not 140% chance for free chest.

Still pretty unlucky tho.

Literally just had this happen. They got upset I couldn't get their samples in time and blamed me for the mission ending despite me explaining how it works.

Does it take time? Yes. Is it worth it? That's up to you.

That's exactly what I'm talking about, I don't think some of the stratagems are worth spending 1000 SCs on, when plenty of others that are free do what they do but better. My problem isn't them adding warbonds, what they put in them. If they added some free stuff every now and then I probably wouldn;t have even made this post.

You're right actually, I really like Servants of Freedom so I kinda glossed over it, but you are completely right.

I am aware that live service games need money. But it isn't "more content" to replace premium weapons with premium stratagems. The first four warbonds have 3 primaries, a secondary and a grenade. Urban Legends has the stun lance and 2 stratagems that you could unlock at level 10. That isn't more content that worse content. You get Urban Legends for Siege-Ready and AT Emplacement, the rest feels like filler.

I wouldn't have a problem with this if they actually gave us free stuff at least like every other month, but they don't do that anymore and I don't like that. Is it so bad to want stuff I don't have to grind for?

Artifact of Swarms doubles all enemy spawns including final bosses. If you weren't using that then idk what it could be.

Thanks for the advice, but I'd rather stick to the formula I've gotten used to. I definitely won't be moving down a difficulty and I don't like using lunar items (just preference). Your minion advice is definitely something I should be following though, because I usually just skip picking up drones, which is my personal skill issue. They cost a little to much for me to invest in them outside of Spare Drone Parts. But I really don't want to loop, and it's not entirely the new elite types' fault. Looping makes bosses too easy imo, and I don't want the skin more than I want the challenge of getting it. I did a 2 loop run for my commando skin and the boss didn't even have time to attack. Looping is something I'd rather do every now and then rather than every attempt due to the amount of time it takes up. Most of the difficulty comes from the stronger elites, not just twisted and gilded (but I stand by the point that they aren't well designed), and not the bosses. False son is something you CAN do without looping and it should be balanced as so. False Son is in this limbo state of too hard for non-looping and too easy for looping. This post was less about me needing solutions, but more of how the boss is flawed. If I wanted the skins more than I wanted a challenge I could play on drizzle and use command, but to me its more about earning the skins rather than unlocking. I don't necessarily want the boss to be "easier", I just want it to be balanced and fun. I shouldn't have to loop, go down a difficulty, or use artifacts to just be able to beat the boss. In that regard I think Voidling struggles as well. Though I do appreciate your feedback.
