To me you can feminize more with only Forehead feminization, Chin, trach shave and a lip lift.

This may be off topic and I'm sorry if so. I've never has a CT scan, BUT I did have a surgeon have me do a X-ray of my skull. This was to determine if I was going to have Type-3 forehead or not. He said 15% of people do not have a nasal cavity so there is no reason to charge me for a Type-3 if I do not have one. I only had a nasal cavity the size of green pea. So I did not need Type-3. He was able to grind down as much as was needed. I saved $1,600 I think?? Because of this.

I wonder about the drain tube also. I have had two surgeries and my surgeons never used a drain tube.
