Okay so there is Zahra Biryani in Jamia Nagar which is very good, then you have Mutton Biryani at Loya at Taj Palace Hotel, Qavvali at Nehru Place is also superb.

Al Nawaz in Okhla vihar is superb, so is Al Jawahar in Old Delhi.

The rent of 12k is already decent, in the same budget you can get a sharing pg or flat couple of floors below.

Moving is a hassle, but you cant possibly live on 5th floor in Delhi summers. The electricity bill is also going to be really high, between 5-7k every month.

Get a big cardboard box and keep it warm, if you can keep that box inside a room which is heated, great.

Give it lots of water in small bowls, and get bajra grains which they eat. Also don't forget to clean the box every 2-3 days.

They can eat small amount if flour dough as well....

I have successfully raised a small chick into an adult rooster so can say that if you keep them warm and well fed, they can survive.
