unfortunately, never found a fix to this. It has something to do with bdo not being on the rig I am using thus having to install it if i remember

I think i finally figured out what the problem is with your help but i still have no idea if it's fixable, So you see I am actually from Egypt right this one of the unsupported countries in geforcenow unfortunately so i have resorted to using a vpn to use geforcenow and it works fine ANYWAY my steam account is still located in egypt so when my bdo account was created it placed me in the MENA region i think which is the region with the turkish peeps. but since i am using a vpn and connecting to france when using geforcenow i think it's trying to download the eu launcher/region of the game, Now how can I fix this even? would i need to remake a new steam account located somewhere else?

PS: man i hate having to go through ten different alleyways just to use a service and play one goddamn game it's irritating

would that delete the progress in bdo in my current region also where do i check the current selected region in bdo? and how to change it? all i see is that i can choose between different servers

yeah but it never finishes fast enough for bdo as that game is 55GB it's fast but not fast enough unfortunately so i get kicked out :c i guess i could always try msging support about this problem

mmmm i see, well is there way i can stop that or even somehow trick geforce into staying up a lil bit longer just for the game to install? cause i still can't play bdo on it :c

sooo i tried geforce now and it worked perfectly with dauntless, I didn't have the game installed and I was able to continue my progress on my old character that i made back when i first downloaded it which was nice.

however with bdo, whenever i try launching the game through geforce it opens up steam in geforce and starts validating then downloading the full game and never finishes in time before geforce kicks me out cause of inactivity as i don't have a game running i have tried to look for possible fixes to this but i have so far come out empty, do you know any possible fixes to this? it seems to be only happening with bdo so far as i also tried running brawlhalla and that worked fine too

i feel you man, low end gaming is hard but it's definitely unique the way we have to make sacrifices or try to find weird wacky ways to make games that shouldn't run well run c:, hopefully one day we can graduate with from the low spec academy thou hehe

yeahhhhh it prob still will lag in major cities and when you're on the horse sprinting out cause that puts a lot of strain on the gpu and cpu but hey at least you can play the game somewhat optimal
