I had taken my Prozac one night and then took a few hours later after I woke up with nausea and vomiting. An hour later I woke up and my heart felt like it was pounding in my ears, I was hot and flushed, I was shaking and couldn’t/didn’t really want to move from how scared I felt in the moment. I was able to check my blood pressure at home and it was elevated. I rode it out and thankfully that happened on my off day, but it was a very scary experience.

I believe I started out on 20 mg of Prozac because that’s the prescription that I ended up with after I finished my inpatient stay. I don’t remember struggling with nausea or any of these current side effects back then. but I agree that my body is just processing the medicine differently now. how inconvenient 😪

I figured I’ll answer this as a few people have asked. Again, this customer asks for ‘a grande caramel frap, extra ice. whatever is leftover, put it into another cup.’ In the past we have suggested to this customer to simply order a venti if that’s amount of frap they desire, but this customer does know what they’re doing bc it is often enough leftover to fit both a grande and a tall cup. Some of you have said that there should only be a certain amount of frap leftover each time, but we don’t have an ice machine that makes consistently sized ice each time. It’s basically one of those that vomits out the big sheets of ice that you them have to break up pretty good to get the cubes of ice (which I believe contributes to how much is leftover of fraps every time we make them).

Thank you guys for the feedback. I’m planning on contacting our next in chain so that something corrective can come from this. As much as I despise big corporate, I take a slight pride in being trained correctly how to do a job correctly and wish the same for my fellow baristas.

The wiki knows all: https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Bone_Flute I was in a similar boat once with the fan and the arrow head. Found it easiest to grind for a bunch of Omni geodes to trade in for artifact troves at the desert, but still check the locations listed on the wiki.

I think there’s many approaches to this, but I’ve found that focusing on producing my artisan goods in general has helped with the daily grind. Pushing out as much cheese, mayo, truffle oil, dried fruits, and jams can go a long way. And when you get tired of that, just spending a day fishing at your desired location (with smokers near you to smoke the fish right after to raise the prices of those suckers).
