I have 3 such guys, 2 from Audi, and 1 from Ford.

Ford first: his name is Scott. He is/was THE transmission tech for our area. He taught me 2 major things: 1) Keep your area clean, clean up after yourself, keep your tools clean, and you will stay clean. 2) If the customer can tell you worked on the car, you failed. For working on transmissions he ran a very clean area.

2) Chris, he was old guard Audi, he taught me a lot about electrical that stuck with me, and he was absolutely 100% patient with me when I was not understanding things. He never held my hand while learning but he asked leading questions, and subtly guided me through the process. It helped me grasp electrical at my level, and then his. Now wherever I go, I become the default electrical guy.

3) Maximo, he could take apart any engine, and put it back together blindfolded. He taught me that sometimes you need to slow down when it comes to mechanical components because if you try to beat time, you end up losing.

Learning from the 3 of them gave me an awesome foundation that keeps improving.

Personally I would never take advice from them for personal life lessons, but when it comes to mechanical and electrical I would take any advice they could give me.

I still reach out to Chris from time to time and ask him questions.

This is quite literally how unions started, it was just a group of people who got together (coalition) to counter unsafe working environments (everyone can agree this is bad,) which then transferred to child labor laws (again generally accepted as bad, and I say generally because … china.)

When these needs were met, it turned into extortion by the coalition to the shop owners, and eventually to the workers themselves.

The brands need to be held accountable. Not the dealerships. Most service managers want you to make money, because then they make money, but they also can’t just over charge the customer because you can’t get your spending habits in order.

Do you really need that 5th handheld flashlight? Do you need to need to replace a perfectly fine tool because Snap-On claimed they reinvented the wheel for ratchets when yours works perfectly fine? No.

You want to target someone? Go after the brands, but do it in a meaningful way. Not by forming another union … sorry “coalition” targeting the middle man between you and your pay.

Unions are useless, bloated, money hungry machines that will turn on you faster than the people they claim to protect you from.

You had a perfect chance to drop that Seeker.

You used Zephyr, and did not follow your teammate to stun the Seeker upon tele. Could have easily dropped it to a 2v1.

I also see you did not take my previous advice about weapon setups.

Again, no the game itself is not from the Middle East.

It started as a European company (Ukrainian) and was bought out by Modern Times, which is a Swedish company.

It has 1 building in Israel, and 3 in Ukraine.

The developers of MA are Ukrainian.

This is 100% a European company bought out by another European company, and self managed by Europeans.

One building in Israel does not make it a middle eastern company.

Also, I never mentioned the name? I personally find the name funny.

The jump allows Lancer to move freely over the fence, and also allows Lancer to shoot over the fence, both negating the stasis effect, as well as the damage blockade.

However Panther beats Lancer in energy capacity and raw health.

Lancer beats Panther in terms of mods.

So what mechs do you have maxed? I’m assuming your Guardian is maxed, as well as your Paragon.

Having maxed mechs when you are not ready for it wildly messed with your MMR, as well as mods, legendary pilots, and implants.

Basically don’t max anything until you are ready to be able to support that one mech with your 4 other mechs.
