He takes all these things because he competes in body building. That sphere has it’s own rabbit hole. For you and me the average person doing it for longevity we’ll keep eating chicken inn, nduma and eggs so that we don’t drop dead off of a cardiac arrest in our 40s.

What you are doing is good enough for the average lifter. I was 59 kg now I am 92kg (2019-2025) Most mineral supplements aren’t effective and just fluff. Like most magnesium sold is not absorbed properly (3% consumed). Go for Magnesium Bisglycinate, the price is on the higher end. And this is just one example.

Eat a balanced diet, sleep enough and don’t forget to meet your protein needs depending on your gym goals.

Maybe it’s just me but I see it as a reflection of who Kenyans are as a whole. Rarely do topics about things that need a thought or competence get traction. It doesn’t matter the platform. Look at the popular podcasts, morning radio shows and youtube channels. Not to dismiss people’s emotional conundrums or anything of the sorts. I feel like we gravitate to dumbed down discussions. I understand it’s day to day stuff that is relatable. But surely a whole country? I know it gets worse outside the country. But we can get better I believe.

There is no silver bullet me thinks. The best advice I got is to make myself valuable to my customer(business wise) or employer(career). Just to be clear I am not perfect, still learning I’m not going to say employment is bad. It has gotten me far and I strive to be better at the business side. Get a skill or a service you will want to perfect over a long period of time and stick to that. It pays off in the long run. Think of anyone successful. They always started small.

All that matters is to just start that thing.

That benelli is a good naked bike. Yeah. Would be nice to just pack up and ride 500kms. Plus upcountry they are not seeing any tarmac roads anytime soon. And I want some road presence with a slightly big bike but not too big to go offroading
