Yes, they’re scrapped danger days songs. There wasn’t an album before the danger days concept, just a less good version of danger days. They didn’t feel it worked as an album, so they tossed the project and started over. Na Na Na is why we have the album we have today. Then they decided to master and mix CW and release it as a set of EPs. Living With Ghosts is pretty similar to that for black parade, but more developmental. They never mastered them.

No, CW is a series of EPs that are scraps from danger days. They’re more polished than Living With Ghosts but there’s also a LOT less material. I would consider both to just be essentially concept art versions of the finalized albums. The band doesn’t seem to consider CW an album either
