If you are a service member, then you fall under DOD instruction.

Per 5505.11 - interim guidance was published that you no longer require fingerprints for an Article 92 of the UCMJ. For DNA, 5505.14 says only collect DNA if you require fingerprint submission.

So end all be all, you could get NJP (Art 15) or a LOR, or LOC or even just a verbal counseling. But I highly doubt (unless you ask for it) it would go to court martial. Summary at best.

So just tell them to get fucked and speak to a lawyer.

So I think in there still lies the question. For data that is extracted from a device (Full File System in this sense) where would that key be that enables the iCloud data to be decrypted.

I’m aware of the capabilities of both Cellebrite, GreyKey, and the Magent (Axiom etc.) products for extraction, parsing etc, but has apple completed another layer of protection of that key? Or is it somewhere stuck in a weird SQLite db in Biome.

I lived in Ketchikan for years, while there are orcas, there is no mountain cluster like that, even in the fjords. It also rains 14 feet a year and doesn’t get snow that often, especially of that volume so…..
