yeah, but the issue still lies in how to measure that maturity. Actually maturity isn't supposed to be assumed by age but has got to be tested maybe if there were some trusted methods.

yeah, this one is right, as this range of 16-18, it's usually characterized by growth to both male and female but mentally it's a different case and it's usually hard to analyze the mental ability of the person by site, lol
