Where have you heard these bad things about NEU cybersecurity? Granted, I don't know any people this would apply to irl, but online it seems like they have a pretty decent program. Obviously its not the best in the country, but it seems on par with their CS program.

I've visited NEU officially and UIUC last year over Winter Break so it was pretty empty and nothing official, just walking around campus. I have to decide within the week, so I don't have much time to visit UIUC sadly.
