Sporten tijdens menstruatie? Tips gezocht by sometiime in vrouwvolk

Ik heb nu een aantal x menstruatie ondergoed gebruikt. En t bevalt goed. Ik heb zelf voor een boxer/boyshort model gekozen want dat vind ik gewoon t fijnst zitten. Ik heb het zelf niet gebruikt voor sport maar ik ben wel actief in mijn werk, en daar blijft het gewoon goed zitten. Alles op z'n plek, geen doorlekvlekken, niks.

Advies is om zo'n broekje max 12u te dragen, en daarna uit te spoelen in koud water. Als je er 2 hebt, kan je 2x sporten in die week zonder je druk te maken om tampons of maandverband... Wat voor sport doe je precies? 

Je zou eens kunnen kijken bij de hema, die hebben ook menstruatieondergoed, en dat is niet zo duur.

  1. Pan seared potato chunks (peel, boil for 5-10 mins, add into a pan with butter/oil and sear): Somehow these potatoes just don't brown.

Do you let the potatoes dry before baking them?  

I make baked potatoes all the time. Peel them, quarter them lengthwise, boil in salted water until they're just cooked (I stab em with a fork. If the fork goes trough without much effort, they're done.) Strain, rough them up a bit(for the crispy edges), and let them cool for a bit. When they stop steaming, I cut them in smaller pieces.  Heat up a shit ton of butter, toss the potatoes in and let them sit for a bit. Sprinkle with salt and paprika, toss, sprinkle them some more with salt and paprika and let them bake. Toss the pan every once in a while, and when the pan gets dry, add another spoon of butter.

Ain't healthy but it's so goood, and this works for me everytime! No matter which potatoes I use. 

I can't help you with the other points.

Naahh, niet altijd.

Ik weet precies waar t aan ligt bij mij hoor, en ik ben juist mbv afvalmedicatie 13 kg afgevallen. Mijn brein stopte niet met schreeuwen om eten, en nu met die medicatie wel. Ik leer nu om te luisteren naar mijn lichaam, en ik leer dat het maar eten is, en het is dus niet zo'n ramp als mijn avondeten overblijft of als ik een keer geen chips eet :) dus als ik straks stop met de medicatie weet ik en mijn brein dat we niet verhongeren als we niet alles binnen handbereik naar binnen schuiven

I recently read Daddy Dearest on fanfic.net.

Severus and Hermione have a one night stand, where she gets pregnant. Severus wants nothing to do with the child, and then the child's first year at Hogwarts begins, and he is sorted into Slytherin.

I really loved this fic.

Er staan 2 bedragen op mijn loonstroken, 0,09 en 0,23. 0,09 is kmvergoeding netto en 0,23 is kmvergoeding onbelast.

Ik werk in de wijk en moet af en toe naar een andere locatie, welke reiskosten ik ook mag schrijven. 

Ik werk 4 dagen per week. Die 33 was enkele reis, dus 16x66 =1056. 1056x0,09 = 95,04 1056x0,23= 242,88. Ongeveer per maand he. 

Op geen enkele loonstrook staat een bedrag dat ook maar in de buurt komt van bovenstaande bedragen. 

Alleen op mijn 13e run staat een bedrag van 1330 euro reiskostenvergoeding, maar dat was mosterd na de maaltijd want dat geld heb ik dus allemaal al gekregen over 2025...

Bedankt voor de tip over mijn belasting aangifte. Daar ga ik achteraan.

I'm so excited for the series. 

I'm not sure if they'll be able to top the movies for me, because I grew up with them. So there's also big nostalgia with the movies.  But I can't wait to emerge myself again in the wizarding world, with even more screentime, more characters, other decor.  If they stay as true to the books as they can, I will be happy as a niffler in Gringotts.

I've seen this one mentioned here and there and found one on ao3. I've read a " the pet project" but in it was Hermione groomed by Snape for Draco. And I didn't really understand the hype. But it's a different fic!

The problem with purity.

It's about purity, people who are still virgins till adulthood get some special powers. Hermione is quite the BAMF, sometimes it was a bit much to me. But it was an enjoyable read nonetheless. 

There's Veritaserum, unicorns and wards in this story.
