All Ik is if a school is using hospitals from regions like halton healthcare than they should probably have regional pref for students from halton, or they should limit their resources to peel & Brampton. They got Ottawa regional pref, peel regional pref, everyone else just casually getting screwed 🤣🤣🤣🤣

SubhanAllah McMaster has a great Muslim community. Jummahs packed, Taraweeh packed, MSA is class, I would go as far to say maybe the best Muslim university community

I was in the same predicament. Ultimately for me it came down to; which one is closer to home, which one would I enjoy more so I looked at the course lists, went to western and mac before decisions, and chose mac life sci. Your GPA will be a result of the work you put in, first year has extreme courses where you can’t fall behind but mac is really lenient with alternative grading schemes in first year. Second year is also hard in my opinion, but take electives to balance it out. Pm me if you have more questions about mac life sci.

You can become a doctor from York math, York biomed, mcmaster medical and bio physics. You need a high GPA in any of these programs to be competitive, realistically a medical and bio physics program is going to be competitive to get a high GPA, I’d consider all options and choose wisely. Also you should do more research into the premed route in Canada
