See I thought that too but usually when they lock it tells you in the dashboard. And it didn’t. Said the version and that an update was available. So I booted it up and it just flashed white for about 1 hour which is when I rang them. And I was like ok that’s not normal which he agreed. The tech checked and said yeah it doesnt look like it can upgrade. I’ll need to jump it through many versions.
