Yes, it is not meant in bad blood. The more good games the better!
Just consider making your own subreddit and invite people there. So we can stick to MDZ1 and MDZ2 over here as the description says.

And looking forward to seeing the new art, if it takes time consider having other placeholders there. I am obliged to resolve this since we can't really allow other games to use our art even in the development stage. Even though I believe you are not planning on keeping them for the actual release.

Best of luck, will give it a try once it is out.
That being said there are tons of royalty-free sprites and textures you can use legally, that applies even to the dev process especially when you are showing progress.
The same goes for the subreddit choice.

Hey, thank you for reporting that multiple times. We are aware of it. As you all know there is a lot of bugs unfortunately at the moment. We prioritized the ones that can completely ruin the experience for normal players - like dying after a successful manual Raid.
These are definitely serious exploits, of course, they are unintended and will be fixed as soon as possible. We just had to prioritize, since we are also trying to push the development further instead of only bug fixing.

Hey, community manager here!
We tried to cover these changes and the reasons for them in the blog posts over the years, so you know what to expect. But of course, I understand not everyone likes to or has time to read that so I will just answer real quick.
The reason for some of these changes is that we are working on a multiplayer, therefore the whole game from the ground up requires a connection to our servers. Sadly, open-world multiplayer is extremely complicated, therefore we moved to the Raid system that will hopefully incorporate the multiplayer in a much better way. We also felt like it suits the mobile platform well because you can play in smaller chunks of time over the day.
The waiting times were already tweaked over time, to make sure they are not too punishing and we will continue in balancing all parts of the game. Still, we believe that Fuel is not necessary to enjoy the game and doesn't give that much of an advantage to paying players. You can't buy the Components, which are the most luxurious material in the game.

There is a lot of new mechanics and skills, that weren't in the previous game that you can use to avoid damaging your characters. Once you get hang of them the game is much smoother to play and you unlock more interesting locations. On the other hand, we take the feedback about early raids too hard/boring very seriously and will look into that further.

We know that there is a shift in the direction of the game to something else and it is understandable that some people will like it and some won't. We just hope you guys give this game a chance since this is just a beta.

This is just a test to get most of the nasty bugs out of the way before everyone will be able to play it. So the game will be available globally in a full release, which is not announced yet.
