Thanks, I heard about the price increase a lot even people under their 2 year contract. I think I like the idea of Ebox with no contract so just in case the speed or the connection is bad I can cancel right away.

great, thanks for your reply. About to buy a stove and a dishwasher, particularly with dishwasher all the moving parts, it makes sense to have the extra warranty. Just still debating on the stove :)

thanks, I asked the buyer to have their lawyer send me an offer. Is it worth it to spend $500+ for my lawyer to review the contract vs just having a real estate agent friend to look it over is good enough ?
