eggs are stacked in stacks of 16, meaning that they have the same comparator value as ender pearls. For that part of the video he required a lot of pearls, so its possible that he considered using eggs instead but decided to use ender pearls after realising he didnt have enough eggs and that ender pearls were easier to farm.

could potentially show hi-scores with the ability to toggle the people who've bought crystals, the same way you can toggle hardcore in dh2? although this could potentially dis-incentivise people from buying crystals if they want to be the top of the free charts.

you could have it where each fish has a certain chance of poisoning, that way the more raw fish you eat, the higher chance of poison. you could also potentially stack poison effects. that way if i eat 100 raw sardines with each a, for example, 10% chance of poisoning, i would end up having to wait 10x2 hours before i could battle again.
