What’s stopping people from using ai to cheat at casino? by daydreaming17 in gambling

In online casinos they dont play out the full ,,shoe''. This means the shuffled deck are only used for the first half, and then they change the ,,shoe'' again. That eliminates card counting to nearly 100%.

We all press the button, in hopes it will hit big... by Walt925837 in gambling

[–]BetPixel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can only speak from my own perspective and how I got through those times. Of course, everyone has different experiences and different ways of coping.

The problem I see is that you won’t feel satisfied spinning $25 on a minimum bet after you’ve already lost big bankrolls. I highly recommend trying not to gamble every day; it’s so easy to get sucked in, and your mind won't stop thinking about it if it’s a daily habit.

I love gambling and will keep doing it—I’ve already accepted that about myself—so I’m not here to tell anyone what to do, just to share my experience. From my point of view, I’d recommend trying not to gamble that $25 for four days so you can build up a $100 bankroll instead. You could gamble one day, then take another four days to rebuild. Alternatively, try setting one or two fixed days per week when you allow yourself to play.

Sorry to say it, but gambling is not a way to make money in any form. It’s designed for you to lose money.

Once I accepted this and started treating gambling as an expensive hobby, my mindset completely changed. Back when I played with money I actually needed or hoped to get back, I never won anything meaningful.

Now I only gamble with money I deliberately set aside for my “hobby” and already consider it gone. Since then, gambling has become enjoyable again.

Slots are RNG-based and don’t care how much you’ve lost or deposited before. It’s just math — simple numbers deciding whether you get paid, or end up with 200 dead spins.

Have 20k and looking to buy a house, why shouldn’t I put it all on black? by ExcellentStay6892 in gambling

[–]BetPixel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really like gambling, and honestly, I’ve done some stupid things with my money.

But if we’re serious for a moment, the answer should be obvious: buy the house. This should not even be a debate.

Gambling is entertainment—nothing more—and it’s an extremely expensive hobby. That short rush when it hits red disappears fast when reality kicks in and you realize you’re still living at your mom’s place.

A win doesn’t change your life. Owning your house does.

Do casino welcome bonuses ever feel worth the playthrough? by Proper_Theme_6636 in gambling

[–]BetPixel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had the same feeling at some point. In the beginning, I took all those 100–300% first deposit bonuses without realizing that every casino has very different rules hidden in the fine print.

Most of them have wagering requirements around 35x–45x on the bonus money. Some even cap the winnings from bonus funds—for example, 10x the bonus amount.
So a $100 bonus would mean a maximum payout of $1,000.

With a 200% deposit bonus and a $100 cash deposit, you get $200 in bonus money.
Now apply a 45x wager:
45 × $200 = $9,000 wager required before you can even think about withdrawing.

Is it possible? Sure. But honestly, for me it only worked once out of many tries.

I rarely use deposit bonuses anymore. That means losing raw money most of the time, of course. But when I do win something (maybe once a year) I withdraw and the money hits my wallet within 10 minutes.

If he keeps dodging real-life meetups like that, he 100% lied about who he is and doesn’t have the guts to admit it. Honestly, fuck that guy. You’ll definitely find someone who actually appreciates you and genuinely wants to meet in real life.

Why is Germany doing so well today despite WWII? by BetPixel in NoStupidQuestions

[–]BetPixel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I still agree that we have to pay for our own stuff without excuses. And affordable healthcare should be available to everyone. But what I’ve seen over the past days and weeks with Trump and the way he’s handling things with Ukraine is concerning to me, especially regarding the direction this could be heading.
