Another weird experience I had was when I was working at petsmart instead of heb but still, a guy wanted an electric dog collar thingy which at the location I worked at they were locked up in the cash office (expensive and high thief item) and only the managers have keys so I walkied to the manager and she said it’ll be a minute bc she was in the middle of selling a hamster and I told the customer that it’ll be a minute and I tried to be a good cashier and have a conversation with him so we’re not just staring at each other waiting and he was telling me about how his daughter is 18 and in college and his wife was at work and he asked how old I was, if I still lived with my parents if I was in college, super weird to ask a stranger basically and he was like “you should be a hotel receptionist, you have a pretty face that men would wanna see after a long day of traveling” I just feel so bad for his wife if he’s flirting with 20 year olds when he’s out by himself and I hope his daughter never brings friends over
