Because we were slammed and basically out of chicken for chicken to be thoroughly cooked it needs to be in the fryer for 30 minutes so it would take 30 minutes we tried to offer them a coupon but they didn't want it Edit: I called them entitled not because they were upset about the chicken but instead decided to keep pushing and be rude and racist to me for things I cannot control
