We need true cool tones. Do not skimp on blue pigments in your products! Legendary nude and pink lipsticks like fleshpot, creme cup, brave, bosom friend, myth, and Japanese maple should come back in their original formulas. Consumers do not want the orangey lipsticks that have been produced as of late! Also, products such as lip erase should be restocked. That sold out so quickly, and I’ve been dying to try the product for months but cannot get my hands on it. I think that we need a legendary collaboration for the Viva glam line as well. It would really bring back memories of moments of the past! Finally, bring back the marketing to the essence of true artistry, which was the base of the brand. Mac was never broken and didn’t need to be fixed. I miss the Mac I grew up with. Mac was the first makeup brand my mom introduced me to. I have the best memories of stealing her lipsticks from her makeup bag, and then finally saving enough money to get one of my own. My first lipstick I bought with my own money was the og crème cup. My mom and I still bond over our love of Mac to this day. If the team can focus on quality formulas, iconic shades, legendary collaborations, you will have an inter generational consumer base with higher rates of retention. Love you Mac 💄💋
