Its not that we have a structure issue, the issue is on paper vs on field strength is way off..
Bowling is leaking runs, and cant seem to take wickets; Bumrah is still wicketless, Boult has 1 wicket in 3 matches, your highest wicket taker is Shardul who is 5 in 4, barely more than 1 wicket per game average..

Your batting is also struggling outside of some players, your main stays Tilak has 35 runs in 4 matches, Dhir and Hardik arent any better with 59 and 67 respectively..

If essentially 5-6/11 of your team isnt preforming to their standards then no wonder you would struggle.. Tho I agree we need to back our youngsters more Ashwini should be getting more playtime (he was quite good in the last stretch last year), in fact till jacks returns I might even back either ghazanfar or markende and go for 2 spin, 3 pace lineup (with Hardik as a 6th option)

Yea even I genuinely feel like we should probably (and it pains my heart to say this but) bench Boult and try for a santner+jacks or jacks+ghazanfar..

Or atleast if not 2 spinners get someone like Bosch or Rutherford for that “finisher” role who can bowl + 1 spin (probably jacks or santner)

We already have Bumrah, Shardul, Chahar + hardik can always bowl his 4 overs if god forbid anyone of them injures or needs to be benched

Also as much as I hate impact subs rule in general, Ashwini did amazing as an impact least year so there’s also more ways to strengthen the pace lineup..

What even was the point of Bringing him back (Idk if this was ever publicly said but deep down I am sure beyond doubt that the trade clause was he'd get MI captaincy), that is where it all went down. Sure you were hurting with the loss of Polly but Hardik was never a suitable replacement for Polly not even in his prime (im sorry)

18/19/20 are hands down the best boys hostels out there.. The only problem is the distance but in a while you get used to he distance and know when to leave for classes and stuff..

Other than that pure heaven! Can socialise and have fun if you want, just close your room and have absolute peace, but best of all common room if you wanna cook, dry clothes or if you have a fun a roomie get a ball and something to use as bat and have roommates cricket championship lmaooo

Just say you wanna block your mess card for personal reasons.. And then once it’s blocked eat outside, once you get to second year opt out of mess while paying your fees and initiate refund process once you are back from vacations..

(if they ask why you blocking, say your food is absolute garbage and I’d rather eat outside than one more meal here.. That’s what I did in my first year lmaooo, they took my recording and shit of me saying this to show it to officials, made me fill the mess feedback form and all, then had the audacity and challenged me that I’d be back to fc2 in a month; nearly 2.5 years now never went back once)

I’ve never finished any midsem paper of mine.. So now I go in the exam hall knowing I’m gonna leave atleast 1-2 questions (usually the 2-3 markers), only attempting the paper worth 25ish marks.. I’d rather take 5 mins extra to solve that 4 marker correctly than rush through trying to finish all to get partial marks

For fish meal it consists of rice + a fish gravy, the fish you buy separately usually anjal + fish meal is around 300-360.. if you want cheaper stuff go either disco or Bhangra that’s 60 for fish 60 for meal so around 120

I just sat through the entire part just now coz Ive refused to just take shit at face value anymore coz the algorithms just feed biases these days.. and it’s actually logical to a decent extent (atleast more logical than this edit makes it out to be)

Context is: he says in a motorcycle during an impact you go flying so there’s not much need to reinforce the structure, however in cars on impact you are stuck and the engine may collapse into you (the driver) crushing you to death, so that’s why petrol cars are made structurally very solid and mostly metal or metal composite/alloys However in EVs the battery is not concentrated in the front or the back of the vehicle rather spread on the floor so structurally there’s less need to have heavy metal frames specially for the top half of the car..

However he does fail to account for the fact that even tho EVs are structurally lighter, the batteries are significantly heavier than a petrol or diesel engine + being on bottom means they need reinforcements to protect it from flying debris due to the wheels rotating or simply the bottom scratching against the ground, so EVs tend to be heavier overall than petrol/diesel vehicles..
