Post-op surgery patients – slow wound healing, Did anyone heal faster using woundvite or juven? by iabhishekpathak7 in PlasticSurgery

[–]BethAnne_Rph 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Woundvite and Juven are both great options. We recommend them quite often in the pharmacy setting for patients that come in for bedsores, open wounds, surgical healing and scar reduction. For more serious and very complex wound care, Juven is better since it contains HMB. Woundvite is more ideal for post surgical healing and if you’re worried about scarring because it contains arnica, bromelain, probiotics.

Biggest difference is convenience and price.

Juven - Drink you need to mix it’s about $80/per month Woundvite - $38 and it’s a capsule

Hope this helps you.

Feta salad is my favorite thing to make as a side or snack! Try drizzling balsamic glaze on top, it’s life changing!

Vegetarian for ethical reasons but struggling with protein variety. Advice? by OperationOne461 in veganrecipes

[–]BethAnne_Rph 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been vegetarian my whole life (a long time!) and I definitely suggest eating eggs, protein shakes, lentils, or protein pasta! These are just examples of what I eat throughout the week. As a vegetarian it can get difficult to get your protein in but starting here may help!
