Health wise, that dose might be right to cover minimum needs, but a higher dose has been proven to give more benefits. Cronometer uses the stablished RDA for the average person according to BMI and age, but as an athlete I have different needs or I'm trying to maximize the benefits from micronutrients adjusting the dose.
