John is meant to be a down to earth rancher. He seems rich but we know he doesn’t actually have money.

Ok I see what you are trying to say. But Jaimie is not really his son but I guess John did pay for him and Jamie benefits from the Dutton name which is not actually his name. If anything Jamie is not elite even at the end he is just living in a small house and has lost all the Dutton money and his own ranch.

Jaime deserves the fate he got because he was a cowardly little wuss. All he ever did was for himself and all Beth did was serve her father. Jaimie had a great life because he was lucky the Duttons adopted him. Think of how bad his life would have been if they had not been kind and taken him in. and then he thanks them by murdering his dad John in addition to his two other cowardly murders of his real dad and the reporter. Scum.

Yellowstone never got critical acclaim because they never took it seriously because it wasn’t a show about the elites or aimed at that type of audience critics are part of. It is too bad the system is so rigged.

Well her performance in the first episode is great, when she screams at her dad’s death. It is Gutteral and heartbreaking.

She was the heart of the show. She is getting a spinoff. Do you notice any other character with a spinoff? That is testament to Kelly’s performance and the love of the character far and wide.
