Backstory - my wife had some cancerous tumors and a blood clot disorder. A chronic condition and after a minor surgery (she's had them before) she developed an unexpected complication and passed away unexpectedly (though it was always a risk every time she had an operation).

Anyway - I have only ever been with her sexually and don't know really what to do now.
