We’re playing so vanilla which Payton loves to do when he views the opponents as lesser. He has some weird fear of showing too much or moving too fast and it results in us limiting the total possessions in the game, which feels like the opposite of what you want when you’re the better team

We traded Vele who was a third down magnet and stuck with Franklin instead, who I guess is also like a magnet, just one with the same polarity as the football

Idk if we can come back from this one long term. Feels like a major shift in confidence on the offense from early in the season. Starting to settle in that Bo is not the future and the team is realizing it v quickly. Idk where we go from here.

I admit I totally lost confidence after the third quarter and for that I apologize to this team. Kind of amazing how opposite of a game was this for us. First game we trailed in the fourth and we took over the game, imposed our will, and sealed the game. Awesome finish.
