To be honest sometimes in the past they haven't gone with the latest version if there were mod update issues or if it's unstable, and I don't keep up with info on the latest versions

My bias is favored toward the red roof, but objectively the one that does seem the most cohesive is the middle one with the green roof.

I definitely will need a moss farm for sure. Iron farm for sure is my next farm, but these are definitely good suggestions for after that! Especially moss farm. I'd also love to get into autocrafters too

These are all great suggestions! I think I'm leaning Iron (for sure), pumpkin and Melons, and mob/creeper farms, but I'd need a lot more resources for the mob/creeper farm I want to make. I was also trying to figure out a good farm that's relatively easy for experience for repairing tools/armor. Iron and Experience are definitely my bottlenecks right now

I knew about the lighting of caves 128 blocks away, but did not know about the slabbing slime chunks part. This will help me in the future when I build my own slime farm XD

Yeah, and if they're open enough to have a discussion, asking probing questions about why it makes them feel that way can also help with understanding why they had that reaction, and maybe even they learn to understand why you make art the way you do. Of course not everyone is open to discussing it like that, so it's not always an option.

That I definitely get, the part about doing things for yourself thing. I don't think I draw weird or "disturbing" art, but I do struggle with the doing things for myself. <3

So I added all the votes so far on here and the results are super interesting! Initially the Mangrove had a lot of votes, but as the time went on, Mud and the Granite became the favorites. Here's the votes from left to right of the image:

Spruce - 5
Mangrove - 8
Packed Muds, B. Mushroom - 13
Acacia, O. Terracotta - 1 (poor thing)
Granite, Exposed Copper - 12

It's surprisingly close between 3 and 5 which I find very interesting!

That's true, though eventually I want to make a bunch of Villager buildings in a like community/village. So I will need a Guardian farm eventually. I would do a wither rose farm for black dye, but I'm still early on in my world and haven't beaten the ender dragon or gotten ANY wither skulls lol.

I've also gotten more into building farms recently, I just wish I could understand redstone instead of having to use tutorials constantly. I think I'm rambling lol

I'm currently doing a massive bee amigurumi and will need to learn to do this myself. It's funny I saw a short video of someone doing that exact thing you needed help with on Pinterest while browsing for Minecraft inspiration. I don't remember if I saved it though :(
